How the process works

  1. Reserve

    Call (415) 449-9231 or tap the reservation button. Let us know the address, the dates, and an approximate headcount.

  2. We bring it and set it up

    Our driver positions the unit on flat ground exactly where you need it, with the door oriented however you prefer.

  3. Ongoing maintenance, then removal

    We pump out, scrub, and resupply the unit each week, then take it away once you let us know the job is finished.

A note from the owner

We began with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and that hands-on approach has not changed. When you call, you reach me or someone I would send to my own home. We are a family business, so if something is not right with a unit, we take responsibility and correct it that same day.

The entire schedule lives on a single board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when it happens. If anything falls behind, I phone you before you need to phone us.

Q2How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks is ideal during spring and summer. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.

Q3What are the requirements for the placement area?

Flat, stable ground that a service truck can access, free of low-hanging wires and away from any excavation.

Q4What happens during the weekly maintenance visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

Q5How does ongoing rental service work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you contact us for removal.
